Take 2 Mini-Blocks – bring two 18″ roller set ups & two fans to quick dry between coats. Cut-in and roll 2 rooms as one.
Take 3 Mini-Blocks – A Big Payday for a strong leadman and a good $100 helper.
Please note that these jobs are not trainees. All we do is give out assignments, paint, tape & masking paper. At the end of day we’ll inspect & pay for completed work.

Project#1 Exterior – Plymouth – Starts week of April 20
FIRST COMPLEX OF THE YEAR
Power washing, staining decks, priming & painting brick only
Deck notes: Lay drop over entire 2nd floor balcony floor. Mask up then spray the underside of the 2nd floor only. Then move to the next 2nd floor deck. All the rest will be rolled only as a another/separate assignment.
Unit notes: Priming the brick will follow a day behind the power washing; from 1st bldg to last.
Painting will follow a day behind the priming. CHECK ANY MASKING LEFT BEHIND FROM PRIMING BEFOR PAINTING; RETAPE WHERE NECESSARY. DO NOT TAKE DOWN ANY MASKING UNTIL PAINT IS DRY ON PAPER

Project#2 Interior – Clinton Twp – Starts Monday, April 20
1 & 2 room daily assignments
Whole House Painting
Walls, ceilings , trim, doors & closets. Minor repairs & level 1 wall prep. 2 coats using Super Paint. No cleaning out brushes in home; only in a 5 gal bucket which must bring. Plastic, tape & 9 inch paper provided. Must have clean & dust-free drops.
Project#3 Exterior – Bloomfield – Starts after Plymouth rd complex
2nd in line complex, Wabeek Golf Community
Exterior painting with sporadic T1-11 siding board replacement
Carpentry portion is subcontracted out. But caulking & priming new boards will be part of standard prep-work of painting assignments.
We are carving up individual units into $400 per day & a half assignments (approximately 12 hours). We need to move 6 units expeditiously without compromise in quality to stay on schedule for next complex behind this one.

Project#5 Exterior – Farmington – Awaiting the go-ahead
Scraping, Caulking, Spraying & Back-Rolling
This project backed into this year from 2025. We have a couple of days of finish up work that was left due to bad weather at the end of the exterior painting season. It will take place as soon as we make arrangements with CMA.
