7/11/26 Final Walk Through & Before Footage Compilation
All workmanship is warrantied for 5 years as of July 11, 2026
Project started June 15, 2026. Power washing, bad boards replacement, seal-caulking, and prep-work were completed for all units.

June 22, 2026: 6 units of Block 2 completed
Block 2 video walk-through footage. Only painting is left for the last 6 units. We’re on schedule to complete all units next week.
June 26
As of yesterday, all 4 units on Block 1were completed; and as of today, we started on the last 2 units on Block 8. Come Monday, I will be doing the final walk through with the painters and instructing on whatever follow up work may be needed completely finish. This project will be done Tuesday and ready to be inspected by any concerning parties.
