We are 3/4’s along in progress. Prep-work for all 10 units is complete. Painting the whole frontside is complete. As of today, half the back side is now complete, 99%. When all units are 99% complete (taking care of all major painting), our finishing crew will walk through all the units and take care of any necessary follow up work and make it 100% for the entire 2026 project.

Completed power washing, prep-work & caulking. Also completed painting all 10 units front side and has started painting the back sides. Video below is the latest footage, taken mid-day July 1.

Did scraping & caulking on the fronts of all 10 units. Ordered supplies for a Monday delivery. Will start power washing also Monday. We maybe will start painting Tuesday; depending on how far along we are on the prep-work.
Attention
While scraping, we uncovered a bad header board above the garage door on unit 1894. Tim was there. He’s now aware of it. Video above also points it out.
