4064 & 4062 Golf Ridge
4064 is in good condition except for the visible wall on the right of it’s driveway which is 4062 which has major peeling of brick facade. All sides of 4062 are i the same condition.
4116 Golf Ridge
Most bad boards are on the second floor on the left side. Because they are on the side and not the front, the siding boards has the potion of replacing or using a resin primer called “Peel Stop, Triple Thick” to extend its life.
1762 St John
Because bad boards are in front and very visible, suggest replace all boards under window that’s to the left of the front door.
1720 St John
Left side needs fascia board replaced, soffit repairs, and siding boards either replaced but can be hand brushed and back rolled with a resin primer called “Peel Stop, Triple Thick”.
4052 Augusta
No boards replacement. Some scraping. Basically, straight painting.
